TALK is available to parents and caregivers across Michigan through funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the work of four partner agencies. The HighScope Educational Research Foundation (HighScope) is evaluating TALK during during the next three years. TALK users will be able to participate in this important evaluation by participating in surveys, interviews, and questionnaires.
Midwest Collaborative for Library Services and the Library of Michigan are helping develop and facilitate libraries’ use of TALK.
