Cheerio & Berry Birdfeeder

What You’ll Need:

• • A pipe cleaner
  • Cheerios
  • Berries or other soft fruit (optional, you can make it with just Cheerios)
  • A piece of raffia, ribbon, or string

Directions:

• 1. Bend one end of the pipe cleaner to keep the cheerios and fruit from falling off.
  2. Let your child put cheerios and fruit onto the pipe cleaner until it is nearly full.
  3. Bend the pipe cleaner into a circle and twist both ends of the pipe cleaner together at the top to create a wreath shape.
  4. Tie a string to the top of the birdfeeder and hang it in a tree for the birds to enjoy.

Comedero para pájaros de Cheerio Y Bayas

Lo que Ud. necesitará:

• Un limpiapipas
• Cheerios
• Bayas u otra fruta de la estación (opcional: puedes hacerlo solo con Cheerios)
• Una pieza de rafia, listón o hilo

Instrucciones:

• Doble una punta del limpiapipas para que los Cheerios no se caigan.
• Permita a su hijo/a insertar la fruta en el limpiapipas hasta que esté casi lleno.
• Haga un círculo con el limpiapipas y enrolle las dos puntas juntas para asegurarlo.
• Amarre un pedazo de rafia al comedero de pájaros y cuélguelo de un árbol para que los pájaros lo disfruten.
